1. Collaborate and influence through leadership, working closely with the regional CRM Managers, key stakeholders in the region (merchandising, retail performance, retail training, digital teams), and central retail and client development teams.
2. Optimize CRM tools (such as ICON, Qlik, Client 360) to effectively support objectives and facilitate daily clienteling in stores.
3. Proactively propose new ideas and lead projects to develop the culture and performance of clienteling among retail teams.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally as a Team Manager.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Strong interest in technical tools related to clienteling.
4. Solid analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
5. Comfortable with facilitation and presentation.
6. Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
