- Support the design and implementation of bespoke client programs for top-tier customers, gathering and consolidating needs from the retail network.
- Manage administrative tasks, logistics and budget tracking to guarantee the excellence of client experiences and gift operations.
- Serve as the Italian-store reference for gift management and shipment across the Italian market.
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative reports and slide presentations for the PCR team; ensure accuracy while working across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective rollout of initiatives.
- Enrolled in a university degree programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) — curricular internship requirement.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive, curious and able to plan and manage multiple tasks autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team orientation.
- Strong interest in fashion, luxury retail and social media.
