1. Support headhunting activities including candidate sourcing, LinkedIn research, database management, and mapping creation.
2. Organize interviews with selected candidates in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager and internal clients such as Design Directors and Business Directors.
3. Maintain and animate the database of creative candidates using Ad-Men.
4. Update organizational charts for various departments including Ready-to-Wear, Leather Goods, and Accessories.
5. Monitor recruitment activity KPIs in collaboration with the team.
6. Coordinate design competition projects, including scheduling, logistics, and presentation preparation.

1. Currently enrolled in a fashion, design, communication, or luxury management program (Bachelor's or Master's level).

1. Strong organizational and project management skills.
2. Product, fashion, and luxury sensitivity.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

No prior experience required; suitable for students currently pursuing relevant studies.

Currently pursuing a degree in fashion, design, communication, or luxury management (Bachelor's or Master's level).
