- Oversee logistics, production, and on-site execution for all creative services designs within Louis Vuitton Americas.
- Bid out projects to multiple suppliers across countries to ensure cost savings without compromising quality.
- Travel to oversee installations and manage vendors on-site to ensure proper execution of the creative vision.
- Manage production on-site, including load-in and build-outs.
- Develop multi-tiered budgets based on Creative Services Design.
- Negotiate and bid out assets and elements needed for designs.
- Provide alternatives on proposed materials for creative services projects.
- Ensure proper lighting design, order, and execution for each production.
- Ensure compliance with local and building codes for every build-out.
- Prepare all aspects of production, including detailed timelines, vendor lists, and shipping coordination.
- Track and report the success of each production in coordination with the Client Relations Team.
- Partner with Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, and Client Relations teams to manage individual budgets.
- Collaborate with creative services designers to ensure proper materials usage in renderings.
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale event production.
- Willingness and ability to travel over 50% of the time.
- Flexible availability.
- Proficiency in building codes and space management.
- Background in design and materials management.
- Ability to negotiate vendor costs effectively.
- Proficiency in lighting design.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication abilities at all levels of the business.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Capability to make independent decisions under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of SKP and RHINO preferred.
- Spanish language proficiency required.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale event production, with a strong background in design, materials management, and vendor negotiation.
Salary range of USD $115,000 to $125,000.
