1. Manage and support Correspondence Advisors handling client contacts via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
2. Proactively achieve Correspondence Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
3. Coach, motivate, develop, and train a team to ensure successful daily operations and exceptional client experiences.
4. Enhance client loyalty and promote the Louis Vuitton brand and products.
5. Maximize business opportunities by providing visible support and exploring creative solutions.
6. Resolve complex client situations and ensure adherence to Louis Vuitton Promise standards.
7. Provide backup coverage for client communications as needed.
8. Stay informed on brand and product knowledge through participation in relevant training and initiatives.

1. Minimum 4+ years in a similar role with direct reports and leadership experience, preferably in a client-centric environment.
2. Proven track record in developing successful, goal-oriented teams.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong business intuition with a commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
5. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft applications.
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
7. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
8. Ability to work on-site in Irving, TX.
