- Manage and support Correspondence Advisors handling client contacts via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Proactively achieve Correspondence Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Coach, motivate, develop, and train a team to ensure successful daily operations and exceptional client experiences.
- Enhance client loyalty and promote the Louis Vuitton brand and products.
- Maximize business opportunities by providing visible support and exploring creative solutions.
- Resolve complex client situations and ensure adherence to Louis Vuitton Promise standards.
- Provide backup coverage for client communications as needed.
- Stay informed on brand and product knowledge through participation in relevant training and initiatives.
- Minimum 4+ years in a similar role with direct reports and leadership experience, preferably in a client-centric environment.
- Proven track record in developing successful, goal-oriented teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business intuition with a commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to work on-site in Irving, TX.
