Louis Vuitton Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager - Men's

- Coordinate with the Corporate Office Windows Director and local Visual Merchandising teams for window installations for all Men's launches.
- Lead and direct window product changes for every rotation.
- Plan, prepare, and implement regular collection launches and rotations in partnership with regional Visual Merchandising teams.
- Manage partnerships with merchandising teams to implement Visual Merchandising strategies that support business initiatives.
- Provide qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation to the Corporate Visual Merchandising Director.
- Visit competitors and report on best practices.
- Act as an ambassador and role model in the corporate office and store for visual merchandising, demonstrating genuine passion and enthusiasm.
- Master knowledge of all product categories, with an emphasis on Men's categories.
- Develop the business by leveraging visual merchandising to drive sales.
- Lead Visual Merchandising recaps to be shared with Central Paris Visual Merchandising teams following each launch.
- Collaborate with Store Managers and Team Managers on business events and visual merchandising topics.
- Implement store zonings for each product category and validate with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager.
- Create a culture of accountability and excellence in Visual Merchandising, training store teams in maintenance.
- Ensure store teams maintain luxury retail standards, including lighting, windows, props, and furniture.
- Confirm that regions reorder necessary props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools.
- Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards and guidelines.
- Exceptional experience in retail luxury Visual Merchandising.
- Ability to influence across the organization with expertise in window installations, Ready to Wear (RTW), and Accessories.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and pragmatic approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Minimum of 5 years in retail luxury Visual Merchandising.
Salary range of USD $130,000-135,000 annually, with bonus opportunities.
