1. Provide legal support to Retail teams in France and internationally, addressing operational challenges and collaborating with e-commerce/IT legal teams.
2. Negotiate, draft, and validate various contracts, including the development and updating of general sales conditions and standard contracts.
3. Offer legal expertise on cross-functional projects such as the deployment of new Retail/e-commerce activities, process implementation, internal training, and litigation follow-up.
4. Participate in the monitoring of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
5. Conduct legal research and monitor legislative, regulatory, and jurisprudential developments.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Law, Contract Law, or Private Law (equivalent to Bac +5).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate or law firm setting, preferably in an international environment.
3. Proven ability to negotiate, argue, and persuade, with a client-oriented mindset.
4. Excellent drafting skills for international contracts.
5. Strong knowledge of Real Estate Law (leases, construction contracts), Contract Law, Distribution Law, and Corporate Law.
6. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
