- Provide legal support to Retail teams in France and internationally, addressing operational challenges and collaborating with e-commerce/IT legal teams.
- Negotiate, draft, and validate various contracts, including the development and updating of general sales conditions and standard contracts.
- Offer legal expertise on cross-functional projects such as the deployment of new Retail/e-commerce activities, process implementation, internal training, and litigation follow-up.
- Participate in the monitoring of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
- Conduct legal research and monitor legislative, regulatory, and jurisprudential developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Law, Contract Law, or Private Law (equivalent to Bac +5).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate or law firm setting, preferably in an international environment.
- Proven ability to negotiate, argue, and persuade, with a client-oriented mindset.
- Excellent drafting skills for international contracts.
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate Law (leases, construction contracts), Contract Law, Distribution Law, and Corporate Law.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
