1. Provide legal support to Retail teams in France and internationally, addressing operational issues and collaborating with legal teams handling e-commerce and IT matters.
2. Negotiate, draft, and validate various contracts, including general terms and conditions of sale and standard contracts.
3. Offer legal expertise on cross-functional projects, such as the deployment of new Retail/e-commerce activities, process implementation, internal training, and litigation monitoring.
4. Participate in the management of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
5. Conduct legal research and monitor legislative, regulatory, and jurisprudential developments.

1. Master's degree in Business Law, Contract Law, and/or Private Law.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate or law firm setting, within an international environment.

1. Proven negotiation, argumentation, and persuasion skills with a client-oriented mindset.
2. Excellent drafting skills, capable of preparing international contracts.
3. Strong knowledge of Real Estate Law (leases, construction contracts), Contract Law, Distribution Law, and Corporate Law.
4. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
5. Sensitivity to the luxury sector, demonstrating excellence, precision, attention to detail, and creativity.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a corporate or law firm environment, preferably with international exposure.

Master's degree in Business Law, Contract Law, and/or Private Law.
