1. Review and control travel and expense (T&E) expenses in accordance with Louis Vuitton's T&E policy.
2. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, partners, and third-party solution providers such as SAP and Concur.
3. Perform accounting and reconciliation related to expense notes and cash advance reports following established guidelines.
4. Prepare key performance indicators (KPIs) on T&E expenses.
5. Participate in the preparation of monthly closing on T&E expenses.
6. Initiate and participate in projects aimed at improving existing processes using problem-solving methodologies.
7. Follow up on purchase order flows for the retail network in the Mediterranean area.
8. Support compliance analysis and procedure enhancements.

1. Degree in accounting or business administration completed within the past three years.
2. Eligible to sign a 'contrato de prácticas' for six months, renewable up to one year.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
2. Strong analytical skills and time management abilities.
3. Detail-oriented with the capability to multitask.
4. Fluency in English and Spanish.

Minimum of three years of relevant experience.

University or Master's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
