1. Support all planning activities and financial analysis related to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
2. Analyze variances compared to expectations and verify data quality and timeliness.
3. Analyze key KPIs to support business management.
4. Assist in monitoring and analyzing costs and data.
5. Prepare periodic (monthly) reports and analysis.
6. Cooperate with the accounting team in monthly closure activities.
7. Continuously seek and implement system and process improvements.
8. Actively participate in process improvement and the development of new projects.

1. Master's Degree in Economics
2. 2+ years of experience in controlling
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous

1. Proficiency in IT skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus
2. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities
3. Team working attitude and flexibility
4. Problem-solving skills, precision, and attention to detail

At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial controlling.
