2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in footwear or luxury fashion sectors.

2. Knowledge and application of continuous improvement tools, Kaizen methodology, and Lean tools (e.g., 5S, VSM, TMP).
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, including enthusiasm, empathy, and teamwork.

6. Proactivity and results orientation.

A minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing context, ideally within the footwear or luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably industrial.
