Louis Vuitton Continuous Improvement Specialist

- Implement and manage continuous improvement projects within the footwear division, reporting to the Plant Director.
- Reengineer current processes and implement new ones to optimize efficiency.
- Measure production times, define lead times, and establish production cycles using specific tools.
- Support the planning office in balancing production departments.
- Map processes, identify improvements, and establish best practices.
- Ensure the implementation and updating of data collection and analysis systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in the footwear or luxury fashion sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge and application of continuous improvement tools, Kaizen methodology, and Lean tools such as 5S, VSM, TMP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including enthusiasm, empathy, and teamwork.
- Autonomy and flexibility.
- Proactivity and result-oriented mindset.
Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing environments, with a preference for experience in the footwear or luxury fashion sector.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering.
