2. Knowledge and application of continuous improvement processes, Kaizen methodology, and Lean tools (e.g., 5S, VSM, 4M).
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
5. Autonomy, flexibility, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset.

A minimum of 5 years in manufacturing settings, ideally within the footwear or luxury fashion sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably industrial.
