1. Coordinate continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies to optimize production processes.
2. Define production processes, establish operational procedures, and draft workstation documentation.
3. Determine production equipment and tooling needs, and implement production lines within budgetary and time constraints.
4. Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity, ensuring return on investment.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) with a focus on continuous improvement and/or quality.
2. Ideally possess initial experience in an industrial environment.

1. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools.
2. Strong organizational and listening skills.
3. Proficiency in computer tools.
4. Interest in hands-on field experiences.

Entry-level, suitable for candidates with initial industrial experience.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5).
