2. Oversee projects aimed at improving productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics of workstations.
3. Develop and implement methods and tools such as agile lines, 5S, and Kaizen.
4. Play a pivotal role in defining standards to ensure optimal production.
5. Cultivate a culture of benchmarking across workshops in France and Europe.

1. Degree in general engineering or equivalent, with a focus on industrial production, continuous improvement, and/or quality.

1. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools.
2. Strong practical and listening skills in team interactions.
3. Dynamic, resourceful, and capable of uniting teams.
4. Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
5. Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability goals.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
