1. Conduct critical analyses of existing processes to identify inefficiencies.
2. Propose and implement improvement actions on production lines.
3. Ensure the progressive deployment of a safer and more orderly work environment to reduce accident risks and improve working conditions.
4. Draft standard sheets aimed at enhancing ORPA (Order, Tidiness, Cleanliness, and Improvement) topics.
5. Assist team leaders in monitoring and reducing non-conforming products.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Ideally, previous experience in an industrial environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Knowledge of Lean Management methodologies (such as 5S).
3. Strong listening skills, rigor, and adaptability.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment.

Entry-level experience in an industrial setting is preferred.
