1. Collaborate with the Production Manager and team leaders to lead ORPA (Order, Cleanliness, Improvement) initiatives while ensuring safety, quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
2. Conduct critical analyses of current processes to identify inefficiencies.
3. Propose and implement improvement actions on production lines.
4. Progressively deploy a healthier and more organized work environment to reduce accident risks and enhance working conditions.
5. Draft standard improvement sheets for ORPA topics.
6. Assist team leaders in monitoring and reducing non-conforming products.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Ideally, some experience in an industrial environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Knowledge of Lean Management methodologies, including 5S.
3. Strong listening, rigor, and adaptability skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a penchant for teamwork.
5. Proactive and capable of thriving in a demanding environment.

Entry-level, ideally with some industrial experience.
