1. Conduct critical analyses of existing processes and identify inefficiencies.
2. Propose and implement improvements on production lines using Lean management techniques.
3. Perform trials and functionality tests.
4. Support the deployment of production management standards.
5. Calculate operational times and manufacturing costs.
6. Assist and train production staff in their daily tasks.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Production Engineering or a related field.
2. Ideally, previous experience in continuous improvement.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
3. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
5. Proactive and adaptable to a demanding environment.

Entry-level, ideally with some experience in continuous improvement.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Production Engineering or a related field.
