Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Production Manager, team leaders, and leather workers to lead ORPA (Order, Cleanliness, Improvement) projects.
- Conduct critical analyses to identify existing issues and propose improvements.
- Implement actions to enhance production lines.
- Ensure a healthier and more organized work environment to reduce accidents and improve working conditions.
- Draft standard sheets for ORPA improvements.
- Assist team leaders in monitoring and reducing non-conforming products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Ideally, some experience in an industrial setting.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Lean Management methods (5S, etc.).
- Strong listening, rigor, and adaptability skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented.
Experience Requirements
Entry-level, ideally with some industrial experience.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
