1. Facilitate ORPA (Order, Cleanliness, Improvement) projects in collaboration with production managers and leather goods artisans.
2. Conduct critical analyses to identify existing inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
3. Implement enhancements on production lines to ensure a safer and more organized work environment.
4. Draft standard operating procedures to support ORPA initiatives.
5. Assist team leaders in monitoring and reducing non-conforming products.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Ideally, some experience in an industrial setting.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Knowledge of Lean Management methodologies, including 5S.
3. Strong listening, organizational, and adaptive skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Entry-level, ideally with some exposure to industrial environments.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
