1. Collaborate with the Production Manager, team leaders, and leather workers to lead ORPA (Order, Cleanliness, Improvement) projects.
2. Conduct critical analyses to identify existing issues and propose improvements.
3. Implement actions to enhance production lines.
4. Ensure a healthier and more organized work environment to reduce accidents and improve working conditions.
5. Draft standard sheets for ORPA improvements.
6. Assist team leaders in monitoring and reducing non-conforming products.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
2. Ideally, some experience in an industrial setting.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Knowledge of Lean Management methods (5S, etc.).
3. Strong listening, rigor, and adaptability skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented.

Entry-level, ideally with some industrial experience.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
