Louis Vuitton Continuous Improvement Methods Engineer Intern

- Initiate improvements in production processes within the workshop.
- Propose and implement enhancement actions on existing and new production lines.
- Conduct critical analyses of current operations.
- Simplify and optimize operational procedures.
- Organize re-implementations and reduce stock levels.
- Enhance product quality and workstation ergonomics.
- Propose necessary operator training for changes.
- Disseminate best practices and monitor actions over time.
- Lead projects on-site to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics using Lean methods.
- Estimate potential gains and plan resource allocation.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate various stakeholders.
- Participate in the industrialization of new products, including designing optimal operational ranges and assisting production ramp-up.
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
- Curious and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Environmentally conscious with a commitment to contributing to the company's objectives.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
