2. Propose and implement enhancement actions on existing and new production lines.
3. Conduct critical analyses of current operations.
4. Simplify and optimize operational procedures.
5. Organize re-implementations and reduce stock levels.
6. Enhance product quality and workstation ergonomics.
7. Propose necessary operator training for changes.
8. Disseminate best practices and monitor actions over time.
9. Lead projects on-site to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics using Lean methods.
10. Estimate potential gains and plan resource allocation.
11. Manage project timelines and coordinate various stakeholders.
12. Participate in the industrialization of new products, including designing optimal operational ranges and assisting production ramp-up.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Familiarity with Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
4. Curious and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Environmentally conscious with a commitment to contributing to the company's objectives.
