1. Initiate and implement improvements in the production workshop.
2. Propose and execute actions to enhance existing and new production lines, including critical analysis, simplification, and optimization of operational methods.
3. Organize re-implantations and reduce stocks and work-in-progress.
4. Enhance product quality and workstation ergonomics.
5. Propose necessary operator training for changes and disseminate best practices.
6. Lead field projects to improve productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics using Lean methods.
7. Calculate potential gains and plan resource allocation.
8. Coordinate various stakeholders including production, development, and maintenance to achieve objectives.
9. Participate in the industrialization of new products, designing optimal operational ranges and assisting production ramp-up.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
2. Curiosity and adaptability.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability goals.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
