1. Initiate and coordinate continuous improvement projects in the workshop using Lean Manufacturing methodologies to optimize production processes.
2. Contribute to production development by enhancing capacity, flexibility, and performance through continuous improvement of production and flow processes (5S).
3. Define production processes, establish operating procedures, and draft workstation documentation.
4. Determine production equipment and tooling needs, and implement production lines within budget and time constraints.
5. Lead continuous improvement projects related to safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity, ensuring return on investment.
6. Engage in daily activities with team leaders and leatherworkers in the assigned sector.
7. Participate in reducing the manufacturing cost of high-value-added products.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent (Master's level).

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
2. Curiosity and agility with strong interpersonal skills.
3. Environmental consciousness with a commitment to the company's sustainability goals.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Master's level education in business or engineering.
