1. Enhance the site's operational performance by identifying significant losses and proposing corrective actions in collaboration with management control.
2. Plan and execute improvement projects with production and support teams to boost operational performance in areas such as materials and labor.
3. Guide managers in implementing managerial and organizational changes, setting objectives, and tracking performance gains.
4. Prepare and lead performance reviews at both local and central levels.
5. Lead and manage the site's Methods team, proposing innovative initiatives for significant performance breakthroughs.
6. Deploy impactful cross-functional projects.
7. Ensure new employees receive tailored training and coaching.
8. Coordinate and conduct Lean tools training sessions, including Kaizen workshops and MRP.
9. Participate in designing internal training modules.
10. Define and maintain organizational, production, and performance management standards with managers.
11. Ensure adherence to standards on the ground.
12. Promote Lean initiatives and participate in the RAC network for sharing best practices and cross-functional workgroups.
13. Represent production teams as a Lean expert in company-wide improvement projects.

1. Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of education in engineering, business school, university, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role with a strong Lean Manufacturing component.

1. Proficiency in Lean tools with practical field experience.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with natural leadership and initiative.
3. Ability to maintain a global perspective of company functions and their interactions.
4. Proficiency in IT tools, with additional knowledge in finance/management considered an asset.
5. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Minimum of 10 years in a similar role with a strong Lean Manufacturing component.
