Louis Vuitton Continuous Improvement Manager

- Enhance the site's operational performance by identifying significant losses and proposing corrective actions in collaboration with management control.
- Plan and lead improvement projects with production and support teams to boost operational efficiency in materials and labor.
- Support managers in change management, goal setting, and tracking performance gains.
- Prepare and conduct performance reviews at both local and central levels.
- Lead and manage the site's Methods team, proposing innovative initiatives for performance breakthroughs.
- Deploy impactful cross-functional projects.
- Ensure new hires receive tailored training and coaching.
- Coordinate and lead Lean tools training sessions, including Kaizen workshops and MRP.
- Participate in the design of internal training modules.
- Define organizational, production, and performance management standards with managers and ensure their application.
- Promote Lean initiatives and participate in cross-functional working groups.
- Represent production teams as a Lean expert in company-wide improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role with a strong Lean Manufacturing component.
- Proficiency in Lean tools with practical field experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Initiative and ability to maintain perspective.
- Comprehensive understanding of business functions and their interactions.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Knowledge of finance/management is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 10 years in a similar role with a significant focus on Lean Manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
