- Enhance operational performance by identifying significant losses and proposing corrective actions in collaboration with management control.
- Lead improvement projects with production and support teams to boost operational efficiency in materials and labor.
- Support managers in change management, setting objectives, and tracking performance gains.
- Prepare and facilitate performance reviews at both local and central levels.
- Lead and manage the Methods team, proposing innovative initiatives for significant performance breakthroughs.
- Deploy high-impact cross-functional projects.
- Ensure new employees receive tailored training and coaching.
- Coordinate and conduct Lean tools training sessions, including Kaizen workshops and MRP.
- Participate in the development of internal training modules.
- Define and maintain organizational, production, and performance management standards with managers.
- Promote Lean initiatives and actively participate in the RAC network, sharing best practices and engaging in cross-functional workgroups.
- Represent production teams as a Lean expert in company-wide improvement projects.
- Advanced degree from an engineering or business school.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry, with a strong focus on Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Lean tools with practical field application.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and natural leadership.
- Ability to take initiative and maintain a strategic perspective.
- Comprehensive understanding of company functions and their interactions.
- Proficiency in IT tools, with additional knowledge in finance/management being advantageous.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar industry role with a strong emphasis on Lean Manufacturing.
Advanced degree from an engineering or business school.
