1. Enhance operational performance by identifying significant losses and proposing corrective actions in collaboration with management control.
2. Lead improvement projects with production and support teams to boost operational efficiency in materials and labor.
3. Support managers in change management, setting objectives, and tracking performance gains.
4. Prepare and facilitate performance reviews at both local and central levels.
5. Lead and manage the Methods team, proposing innovative initiatives for significant performance breakthroughs.
6. Deploy high-impact cross-functional projects.
7. Ensure new employees receive tailored training and coaching.
8. Coordinate and conduct Lean tools training sessions, including Kaizen workshops and MRP.
9. Participate in the development of internal training modules.
10. Define and maintain organizational, production, and performance management standards with managers.
11. Promote Lean initiatives and actively participate in the RAC network, sharing best practices and engaging in cross-functional workgroups.
12. Represent production teams as a Lean expert in company-wide improvement projects.

1. Advanced degree from an engineering or business school.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industry, with a strong focus on Lean Manufacturing.

1. Proficiency in Lean tools with practical field application.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and natural leadership.
3. Ability to take initiative and maintain a strategic perspective.
4. Comprehensive understanding of company functions and their interactions.
5. Proficiency in IT tools, with additional knowledge in finance/management being advantageous.
6. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar industry role with a strong emphasis on Lean Manufacturing.

Advanced degree from an engineering or business school.
