1. Enhance the operational performance of the Issoudun site by identifying significant losses and proposing corrective actions in collaboration with management control.
2. Plan and execute improvement projects with production and support teams to optimize operational performance in materials and labor.
3. Support managers in implementing managerial and organizational changes, setting objectives, and tracking performance gains.
4. Prepare and lead performance reviews at both local and central levels.
5. Lead and manage the Methods team, proposing innovative initiatives to achieve significant performance breakthroughs.
6. Deploy impactful cross-functional projects.
7. Ensure new team members receive tailored training and coaching, and coordinate Lean tools training sessions.
8. Define and maintain organizational, production, and performance management standards with managers.
9. Promote Lean initiatives and actively participate in the RAC network for best practices sharing and cross-functional projects.
10. Represent production teams as a Lean expert in company-wide improvement projects.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on Lean Manufacturing.

1. Proficiency in Lean tools with practical field application.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and natural leadership.
3. Initiative and ability to maintain a strategic perspective.
4. Comprehensive understanding of company functions and their interactions.
5. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
6. Strong computer skills, with additional knowledge in finance/management being advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years in a similar position with a significant emphasis on Lean Manufacturing practices.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or a related field.
