- Enhance the operational performance of the Issoudun site by identifying significant losses and proposing corrective actions in collaboration with management control.
- Plan and execute improvement projects with production and support teams to optimize operational performance in materials and labor.
- Support managers in implementing managerial and organizational changes, setting objectives, and tracking performance gains.
- Prepare and lead performance reviews at both local and central levels.
- Lead and manage the Methods team, proposing innovative initiatives to achieve significant performance breakthroughs.
- Deploy impactful cross-functional projects.
- Ensure new team members receive tailored training and coaching, and coordinate Lean tools training sessions.
- Define and maintain organizational, production, and performance management standards with managers.
- Promote Lean initiatives and actively participate in the RAC network for best practices sharing and cross-functional projects.
- Represent production teams as a Lean expert in company-wide improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Lean tools with practical field application.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and natural leadership.
- Initiative and ability to maintain a strategic perspective.
- Comprehensive understanding of company functions and their interactions.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong computer skills, with additional knowledge in finance/management being advantageous.
A minimum of 10 years in a similar position with a significant emphasis on Lean Manufacturing practices.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or a related field.
