1. Identify and implement improvements in production lines to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics.
2. Develop methods and tools using agile methodologies, 5S, Kaizen, etc., to ensure continuous improvement of production processes.
3. Utilize digital tools to design 2D and 3D printing utilities.
4. Participate in meetings across various production plants, both national and international, to establish a culture of benchmarking.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
2. Ability to sign a collaboration agreement with a university.
3. Availability for an internship of at least 6 months.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel.
2. Knowledge of Power BI and design tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Autodesk is valued.
3. Proficiency in English and/or French.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with industrial engineering concepts is beneficial.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

Study assistance of €8 gross per hour.
