1. Act as a change agent by motivating change and implementing continuous improvement processes.
2. Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools to identify and develop solutions for operational improvement.
3. Mentor associates in lean tools, ensuring knowledge transfer and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Collect and analyze data on plant processes and performance, making recommendations for improvement.
5. Supervise product and process improvement landmarks to ensure timely completion and sustainability.
6. Develop, implement, and standardize manufacturing best practices across the network.
7. Audit established Lean Manufacturing processes to ensure sustainability.

1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering with a focus on Lean Manufacturing.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operational improvement within a manufacturing environment.
3. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence direction.
5. Knowledge of lean concepts and tools such as 5S, visual workplace, and PDCA.
6. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI.

Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing operational improvements within a manufacturing environment.

Salary range of USD $80,000 - $110,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
