- Act as a change agent by motivating change and implementing continuous improvement processes.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools to identify and develop solutions for operational improvement.
- Mentor associates in lean tools, ensuring knowledge transfer and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collect and analyze data on plant processes and performance, making recommendations for improvement.
- Supervise product and process improvement landmarks to ensure timely completion and sustainability.
- Develop, implement, and standardize manufacturing best practices across the network.
- Audit established Lean Manufacturing processes to ensure sustainability.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering with a focus on Lean Manufacturing.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operational improvement within a manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence direction.
- Knowledge of lean concepts and tools such as 5S, visual workplace, and PDCA.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI.
- Leadership and change management

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing operational improvements within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering.
Salary range of USD $80,000 - $110,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
