- Act as a change agent by motivating change and implementing continuous improvement processes.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools to identify and develop solutions for operational improvement.
- Mentor associates in lean tools, ensuring knowledge transfer and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collect and analyze data on plant processes and performance, making recommendations for improvement to leadership.
- Supervise product and process improvement milestones to ensure timely completion and sustainability.
- Develop, ratify, implement, and standardize manufacturing best practices across the network.
- Audit Lean Manufacturing processes to ensure sustainability.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering with an emphasis in Lean Manufacturing.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operational improvement within a manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate and influence direction.
- Knowledge of lean concepts and tools such as 5S, visual workplace, mistake proofing, PDCA, and standard work.
- Proficiency in Industrial Engineering tools like time studies, layouts, KPIs, and value-added analysis.
- Ability to motivate teams and lead organizational change.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in implementing operational improvements within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering with an emphasis in Lean Manufacturing.
Salary range of USD$80,000 - $110,000 annually, plus potential for a bonus.
