1. Act as a change agent by motivating change and implementing continuous improvement processes.
2. Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools to identify and develop solutions for operational improvement.
3. Mentor associates in lean tools, ensuring knowledge transfer and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Collect and analyze data on plant processes and performance, making recommendations for improvement to leadership.
5. Supervise product and process improvement milestones to ensure timely completion and sustainability.
6. Develop, ratify, implement, and standardize manufacturing best practices across the network.
7. Audit Lean Manufacturing processes to ensure sustainability.

1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering with an emphasis in Lean Manufacturing.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operational improvement within a manufacturing environment.
3. Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate and influence direction.
2. Knowledge of lean concepts and tools such as 5S, visual workplace, mistake proofing, PDCA, and standard work.
3. Proficiency in Industrial Engineering tools like time studies, layouts, KPIs, and value-added analysis.
4. Ability to motivate teams and lead organizational change.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in implementing operational improvements within a manufacturing environment.

Bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering with an emphasis in Lean Manufacturing.

Salary range of USD$80,000 - $110,000 annually, plus potential for a bonus.
