1. Act as a change agent by motivating change and implementing continuous improvement processes.
2. Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools to identify and develop solutions for operational improvement.
3. Mentor associates in lean tools, ensuring knowledge transfer and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Collect and analyze data on plant processes and performance, making recommendations for improvement to the Leadership Team.
5. Supervise product and process improvement milestones to ensure timely completion and sustainability.
6. Analyze, develop, implement, and standardize manufacturing best practices across the network.
7. Audit established Lean Manufacturing processes to ensure sustainability.

1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing engineering with an emphasis in Lean Manufacturing.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operational improvement within a manufacturing environment.
3. Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate and influence direction.
5. Knowledge of lean concepts and tools (5S, visual workplace, mistake proofing, PDCA, standard work, etc.).
6. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI.

Salary range of USD$70,000 - $90,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
