1. Serve as a catalyst for organizational change by motivating and implementing continuous improvement processes.
2. Employ Lean Manufacturing tools to identify and develop solutions for operational enhancement.
3. Mentor associates in lean methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Collect and analyze data on plant processes and performance, providing recommendations to the Leadership Team.
5. Oversee product and process improvement milestones to ensure timely completion and sustainability.
6. Develop, implement, and standardize manufacturing best practices across the network.
7. Conduct audits of established Lean Manufacturing processes to ensure their sustainability.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering with a focus on Lean Manufacturing.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operational improvement within a manufacturing setting.
3. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
4. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and direct change.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of lean concepts and tools.
6. Familiarity with Industrial Engineering tools such as Time studies and KPI analysis.

1. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI.
2. Ability to motivate teams and lead organizational change.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing operational improvements within a manufacturing environment is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.

The salary range is USD $70,000 - $90,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
