Louis Vuitton Continuous Improvement Engineer

- Serve as a catalyst for organizational change by motivating and implementing continuous improvement processes.
- Employ Lean Manufacturing tools to identify and develop solutions for operational enhancement.
- Mentor associates in lean methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collect and analyze data on plant processes and performance, providing recommendations to the Leadership Team.
- Oversee product and process improvement milestones to ensure timely completion and sustainability.
- Develop, implement, and standardize manufacturing best practices across the network.
- Conduct audits of established Lean Manufacturing processes to ensure their sustainability.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering with a focus on Lean Manufacturing.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operational improvement within a manufacturing setting.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and direct change.
- Comprehensive knowledge of lean concepts and tools.
- Familiarity with Industrial Engineering tools such as Time studies and KPI analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI.
- Ability to motivate teams and lead organizational change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing operational improvements within a manufacturing environment is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
The salary range is USD $70,000 - $90,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
