1. Collaborate directly with the Continuous Improvement Manager and Team Leaders to enhance production line efficiency.
2. Conduct diagnostics using lean manufacturing tools.
3. Identify root causes of material losses and performance issues.
4. Perform Pareto analysis and propose actionable solutions using analytical tools such as 5M and 5P.
5. Implement progress actions, establish indicators, and monitor action plan advancement.
6. Lead DMAIC initiatives.
7. Optimize line layout and improve workflow.
8. Participate in performance improvement projects.

1. Currently pursuing a specialized degree in industrial production or continuous improvement (equivalent to BAC+4 or BAC+5).
2. Previous experience in an industrial setting, preferably through an internship.

3. Excellent listening, organizational, and precision skills.
4. Pragmatic approach focused on action and results.

Entry-level experience, ideally with prior exposure to an industrial environment through an internship.

Pursuing a degree in industrial production or continuous improvement (BAC+4 or BAC+5).
