1. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current practices and tools within the Method/Continuous Improvement department.
2. Analyze findings to recommend improvements and develop an associated action plan, ensuring its implementation and follow-up.
3. Collaborate on cross-functional projects with other French workshops and the headquarters.
4. Develop a tool for monitoring production capacity saturation to enhance workshop performance.
5. Optimize existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce tool usage.
6. Study the feasibility of sharing production resources across assembly lines.
7. Enhance the management of stitching templates.
8. Implement and deploy production standards across various lines.
9. Optimize production line performance to identify potential improvement processes, including time studies, flow analysis, workstation layout, 5S, and capacity planning.
10. Organize improvement workshops, including audits and value-added/non-value-added observations.
11. Apply the DMAIC methodology in change management projects.
12. Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings with production managers.

1. Currently enrolled in a BAC+5 level program specializing in continuous improvement or production.
2. Demonstrated autonomy, rigor, and initiative-taking abilities.
3. Strong relational, analytical, and synthesis skills.
