- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current practices and tools within the Method/Continuous Improvement department.
- Analyze findings to recommend improvements and develop an associated action plan, ensuring its implementation and follow-up.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with other French workshops and the headquarters.
- Develop a tool for monitoring production capacity saturation to enhance workshop performance.
- Optimize existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce tool usage.
- Study the feasibility of sharing production resources across assembly lines.
- Enhance the management of stitching templates.
- Implement and deploy production standards across various lines.
- Optimize production line performance to identify potential improvement processes, including time studies, flow analysis, workstation layout, 5S, and capacity planning.
- Organize improvement workshops, including audits and value-added/non-value-added observations.
- Apply the DMAIC methodology in change management projects.
- Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings with production managers.
- Currently enrolled in a BAC+5 level program specializing in continuous improvement or production.
- Demonstrated autonomy, rigor, and initiative-taking abilities.
