1. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current practices and tools within the Method/Continuous Improvement department.
2. Analyze existing elements to formulate recommendations and develop an associated action plan, ensuring its follow-up.
3. Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects with other French workshops and the headquarters.
4. Implement a tool for managing production resource saturation to enhance workshop performance.
5. Optimize current processes to increase efficiency and reduce tool usage.
6. Study the feasibility of sharing production resources across assembly lines.
7. Optimize the management of stitching templates.
8. Establish and deploy production standards across various lines.
9. Enhance production line performance to identify potential improvement processes, including time studies, flow analysis, workstation arrangement, 5S, and capacity planning.
10. Organize improvement workshops, including audits, value-added/non-value-added observations, and material requirements planning.
11. Apply the DMAIC methodology in change management projects.
12. Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings with production managers.

1. Enrollment in an alternating education program specializing in continuous improvement or production at a BAC+5 level.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
