3. Participate in the deployment and maintenance of production standards.
4. Define production processes in collaboration with relevant teams.
5. Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity, ensuring return on investment.
6. Engage in daily activities with team leaders and leather craftsmen in the assigned sector.
7. Improve the manufacturing cost of high-value products.

1. Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in industrial production, continuous improvement, or quality.
2. Ideally, some experience in an industrial environment.

1. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools.
2. Strong interest in hands-on field experiences.
3. Excellent listening, organizational, and meticulousness skills.

Entry-level, ideally with some exposure to industrial environments.
