1. Coordinate continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies to optimize production processes.
2. Define production processes, establish operating procedures, and draft workstation documentation.
3. Determine production equipment and tooling needs, implementing production lines within budget and time constraints.
4. Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity, ensuring return on investment.
5. Engage in daily activities with team leaders and leather craftsmen in the assigned sector.
6. Contribute to the cost improvement of high-value-added products.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Production, Continuous Improvement, or Quality (Level BAC+4/5).
2. Ideally, previous experience in an industrial environment.

2. Strong computer skills.
3. Initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Autonomy, organization, and recognized rigor.
5. Interest in hands-on, field-based experiences.
6. Excellent listening skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a related field.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Production, Continuous Improvement, or Quality (Level BAC+4/5).
