- Coordinate continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies to optimize production processes.
- Contribute to production development by increasing capacity, flexibility, and performance through continuous improvement initiatives (5S).
- Define production processes, establish operational procedures, and draft workstation instructions.
- Determine production equipment and tooling needs, and implement manufacturing lines within budget and time constraints.
- Lead continuous improvement projects related to safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity, ensuring return on investment.
- Engage in daily activities with team leaders and leather craftsmen in the assigned sector.
- Participate in cost improvement initiatives for high-value-added products.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Production, Continuous Improvement, or Quality (BAC+4/5).
- Ideally, previous experience in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies.
- Strong interest in hands-on, field-based experiences.
- Excellent listening, organizational, and meticulousness skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Production, Continuous Improvement, or Quality (BAC+4/5).
