1. Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity.
2. Define requirements for production equipment and tooling.
3. Participate in the implementation of production lines, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives on specific projects.
5. Contribute to the industrialization of new products.
6. Assist in reducing site repairs by proposing sustainable solutions.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac+4/5) specializing in industrial production, continuous improvement, and/or quality.
2. Ideally, previous experience in an industrial setting.

1. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodologies (DMAIC, MRP, 5 Whys).
2. Strong interest in the industrial environment.
3. Excellent listening, organizational, and precision skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
5. Autonomous and capable of thriving in a demanding environment.
6. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.

Entry-level, ideally with some exposure to an industrial environment.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
