1. Initiate and implement improvements in production processes.
2. Conduct critical analyses of existing operations to simplify and optimize procedures.
3. Organize relocations and reduce inventory and work-in-progress.
4. Enhance product quality and workstation ergonomics.
5. Propose necessary operator training for changes and disseminate best practices.
6. Lead on-site projects to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics using Lean methodologies.
7. Quantify potential gains and plan resource allocation.
8. Coordinate various stakeholders including production, development, and maintenance.
9. Participate in the industrialization of new products, designing optimal operational sequences and assisting in production ramp-up.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English.
