1. Initiate improvements in the production processes of the workshop.
2. Propose and implement actions to enhance existing and new production lines, including critical analysis, simplification, and optimization of operational methods.
3. Organize re-implantations and reduce stock and work-in-progress.
4. Improve product quality and workstation ergonomics.
5. Propose necessary operator training for changes and disseminate best practices.
6. Pilot projects aimed at improving productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics using Lean methods such as risk analysis, problem-solving, 5S, SMED, PDCA, and FMEA.
7. Estimate potential gains, plan resources, manage schedules, and coordinate various stakeholders.
8. Participate in the industrialization of new products by designing optimal operational ranges, estimating operational times, and assisting production in scaling up.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
2. Curiosity and agility.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Environmental awareness and commitment to the company's objectives.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.
