- Initiate and implement improvements in the production processes of the workshop.
- Conduct critical analyses of existing production lines and propose enhancements.
- Simplify and optimize operational procedures.
- Organize relocations and reduce inventory and work-in-progress.
- Enhance product quality and workstation ergonomics.
- Propose necessary operator training for changes and disseminate best practices.
- Monitor the progress of implemented actions over time.
- Lead on-site projects to improve productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics using Lean methodologies such as risk analysis, problem-solving, 5S, SMED, PDCA, and FMEA.
- Estimate potential gains and plan resource allocation.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with various departments including production, development, and maintenance.
- Participate in the industrialization of new products by designing optimal operational ranges, estimating operational times, and overseeing the creation of outsourced tooling.
- Assist production in scaling up operations.
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school, or equivalent program.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
- Curiosity and adaptability with strong interpersonal skills.
- Environmental awareness and commitment to the company's sustainability goals.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
