1. Initiate and implement improvements in the production processes of the workshop.
2. Conduct critical analyses of existing production lines and propose enhancements.
3. Simplify and optimize operational procedures.
4. Organize relocations and reduce inventory and work-in-progress.
5. Enhance product quality and workstation ergonomics.
6. Propose necessary operator training for changes and disseminate best practices.
7. Monitor the progress of implemented actions over time.
8. Lead on-site projects to improve productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics using Lean methodologies such as risk analysis, problem-solving, 5S, SMED, PDCA, and FMEA.
9. Estimate potential gains and plan resource allocation.
10. Manage project timelines and coordinate with various departments including production, development, and maintenance.
11. Participate in the industrialization of new products by designing optimal operational ranges, estimating operational times, and overseeing the creation of outsourced tooling.
12. Assist production in scaling up operations.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school, or equivalent program.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Familiarity with Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
4. Curiosity and adaptability with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Environmental awareness and commitment to the company's sustainability goals.
