1. Initiate improvements in the production workshop.
2. Propose and implement actions to enhance existing and new production lines.
3. Conduct critical analyses of current operations.
4. Simplify and optimize operational methods.
5. Organize relocations and reduce stock and work-in-progress.
6. Improve product quality and workstation ergonomics.
7. Propose necessary operator training for changes.
8. Disseminate best practices and monitor actions over time.
9. Lead projects on-site to improve productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics using Lean methods.
10. Calculate potential gains and plan resources.
11. Manage scheduling and coordinate various stakeholders.
12. Participate in the industrialization of new products.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Recommended practice of Excel and/or Power BI.
