Louis Vuitton Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern

- Initiate improvements in the production processes of the workshop.
- Propose and implement enhancements on existing and new production lines.
- Conduct critical analyses of current operations.
- Simplify and optimize operational procedures.
- Organize re-implantations and reduce stock and work-in-progress.
- Enhance product quality and workstation ergonomics.
- Propose necessary operator training for changes.
- Disseminate best practices and monitor actions over time.
- Lead projects on-site to improve productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics using Lean methods.
- Quantify potential gains and plan resource engagement.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Participate in the industrialization of new products.
- Design optimal operational sequences and calculate operational times.
- Define and oversee the realization of outsourced tooling.
- Assist production in scaling up operations.
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
- Curious and agile with strong interpersonal skills.
- Environmentally conscious with a commitment to the company's objectives.
- Critical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a business or engineering program.
