- Initiate improvements in the production workshop.
- Propose and implement actions to enhance existing and new production lines.
- Conduct critical analyses of current operations.
- Simplify and optimize operational methods.
- Organize relocations and reduce stock and work-in-progress.
- Improve product quality and workstation ergonomics.
- Propose necessary operator training for changes.
- Disseminate best practices and monitor actions over time.
- Lead projects on-site to improve productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics using Lean methods.
- Calculate potential gains and plan resources.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate various stakeholders.
- Participate in the industrialization of new products.
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English.
- Recommended practice of Excel and/or Power BI.
