1. Propose and implement improvement actions on existing and new production lines, including critical analysis, simplification, and optimization of operations.
2. Organize re-implementations and reduce inventory and work-in-progress.
3. Enhance product quality and workstation ergonomics, and propose necessary operator training.
4. Disseminate best practices and monitor actions over time.
5. Lead projects on-site to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics using Lean methods such as risk analysis, problem-solving, 5S, SMED, PDCA, and FMEA.
6. Calculate potential gains, plan resources, manage schedules, and coordinate various stakeholders.
7. Participate in the industrialization of new products by designing optimal operational ranges, calculating operational times, and overseeing the creation of outsourced tooling.
8. Support production in scaling up operations.

1. Diploma in a relevant field (Level 5 to Level 7) or equivalent professional experience in industrial methods or continuous improvement.

1. Knowledge of workshop equipment and tools.
2. Mastery of company processes and logistics chain.
3. Interest in leather and leather goods industry.
4. Analytical capability and methodological rigor.
5. Critical thinking and flexibility.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within an industrial setting, with hands-on experience in methods or continuous improvement.

Diploma in a relevant field (BTS, DUT, Master, or Engineering School).
