1. Initiate and implement improvement actions on existing and new production lines.
2. Conduct critical analyses of current processes.
3. Simplify and optimize operational procedures.
4. Organize re-implantations and reduce inventory and work-in-progress.
5. Enhance product quality and workstation ergonomics.
6. Propose necessary operator training for changes.
7. Disseminate best practices and monitor actions over time.
8. Lead on-site projects to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics using Lean methods.
9. Estimate potential gains and plan resource allocation.
10. Manage project timelines and coordinate various stakeholders.
11. Participate in the industrialization of new products by designing optimal operational ranges and estimating operational times.

1. Diploma level 5 (BTS, DUT) to level 7 (Master's, engineering school) or equivalent experience in industrial methods or continuous improvement.

4. Analytical skills and methodological rigor.
5. Critical thinking and flexibility.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within an industrial setting, with hands-on experience.
