1. Propose and implement improvement actions on existing and new production lines.
2. Conduct critical analyses of current processes.
3. Simplify and optimize operational methods.
4. Organize relocations and reduce inventory levels.
5. Enhance product quality and workstation ergonomics.
6. Propose necessary operator training for changes.
7. Disseminate best practices and monitor actions over time.
8. Lead projects aimed at improving productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics using Lean methods.
9. Quantify potential gains and plan resource allocation.
10. Manage project timelines and coordinate with production, development, and maintenance teams.
11. Participate in the industrialization of new products by designing optimal operational ranges and defining tooling requirements.

1. Degree in engineering or related field (BTS, DUT, Master's, or equivalent).
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in industrial methods or continuous improvement.
3. Experience with Lean manufacturing methodologies.
