1. Initiate improvements in workshop production processes.
2. Lead on-site projects to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics of workstations, ensuring adherence to manufacturing timelines.
3. Develop and implement methods and tools such as agile lines, 5S, and Kaizen within a team that values individual initiative.
4. Play a critical role in defining standards to ensure optimal production outcomes.
5. Cultivate a culture of benchmarking across workshops in France and Europe.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Industrial Production, Continuous Improvement, and/or Quality.

1. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools.
2. Strong command of Excel and Microsoft Office.
3. Pragmatic and attentive approach to team interactions.
4. Dynamic and resourceful with proven leadership abilities.

A first experience in an industrial setting, such as an internship or summer job, is advantageous.

Pursuing BAC+4/5 in relevant fields.
