1. Analyze technical requirements in light of process evolutions.
2. Participate in supplier consultation, negotiation, and selection.
3. Assist in drafting technical documents such as specifications, contracts, and safety plans.
4. Provide instructions to various stakeholders on all aspects including TCE, mechanical, and electrical.
5. Develop project management tools including schedules, cost tracking, and contracts.
6. Monitor ongoing construction projects.
7. Compile feedback and contribute to the evolution of building standards.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in industrial production, continuous improvement, or quality.

1. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools.
2. Strong command of Excel and Microsoft Office.
3. Pragmatic approach and excellent listening skills.
4. Dynamic, resourceful, and demonstrated ability to unite teams.

No prior experience required, although previous exposure to an industrial environment through internships or summer jobs is advantageous.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
