1. Initiate and drive improvements in workshop production.
2. Lead projects to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics of workstations, ensuring adherence to manufacturing timelines.
3. Develop and implement methods and tools such as agile lines, 5S, and Kaizen within a team that values individual initiative.
4. Play a pivotal role in defining standards to ensure optimal production.
5. Cultivate a culture of benchmarking across workshops in France and Europe.

1. Currently pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree, specializing in industrial production, continuous improvement, and/or quality.

1. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools.
2. Strong practical and listening skills, with the ability to engage effectively with teams.
3. Dynamic, resourceful, and proven ability to unite and motivate others.
4. Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
5. Environmental awareness and commitment to sustainability goals.

Entry-level, with a preference for candidates with prior industrial experience through internships or summer jobs.

Currently pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree in a relevant field.
