2. Lead projects to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics on the ground.
3. Develop and implement methodologies and tools such as agile lines, 5S, and Kaizen.
4. Play a pivotal role in defining production standards.
5. Foster a culture of benchmarking across workshops in France and Europe.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Production, Continuous Improvement, or Quality Management.

1. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools.
2. Strong command of Excel and Microsoft Office.
3. Pragmatic and effective communicator with a dynamic and resourceful approach.
4. Ability to engage and motivate teams.

Prior experience in an industrial setting, such as an internship or summer job, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
