1. Initiate improvements in workshop production.
2. Lead projects to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics of workstations.
3. Develop methods and tools such as agile lines, 5S, and Kaizen.
4. Define standards to ensure optimal production.
5. Foster a culture of benchmarking between workshops in France and Europe.

1. Currently pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree in industrial production, continuous improvement, and/or quality.

1. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
3. Pragmatic and attentive to team needs.
4. Dynamic and resourceful with proven ability to unite teams.

A first experience in an industrial environment (internship, summer job) is a plus.

Currently pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree in industrial production, continuous improvement, and/or quality.
